In order to put La Casa Uruguaya at the forefront of technology, it is equipped with different types of sensors that give it the ability to manage its behavior, as well as the possibility for the user to control it remotely.

Unlike traditional systems offered in the market, the control software of La Casa Uruguaya and its sensors are designed to help the user to better manage the bioclimatic resources of the place and make decisions or launch automatisms that improve the efficiency of the house and have less impact on the environment. Turning off the heating if open windows are detected and suggesting to turn off lights in case the house detects good levels of natural lighting are some examples of what the home automation system can do.

This automation articulates all aspects of the house with the aim of increasing user comfort and energy efficiency of the home.
